Richmond marathon

My good friend and racing buddy, Creighton Anders, ran the Richmond Marathon today. He has been training for this for months and months and was super excited about the race. He did a great job and said he felt strong up through mile 18. Unfortunately, at mile 18 his calves started cramping and it was totally debilitating for him. His calves seem to do this to him a lot and I can remember at least three races in the past year that we've had to slow way down to accommodate his cramping, I feel terrible for him. He definitely finished the race but no where near the time he was thinking/hoping he would finish in.

His parents were so wonderful to throw a marathon party for him and we all came together to celebrate his accomplishment today!! It was so much fun:)
