Easter Egg Hunt at the Governor's Mansion

Cy and I went to the Governor's Mansion for the annual Easter Egg Hunt. It was huge! There were 10,000 eggs out on the lawn and a bunch of kids. At first, we lined up with the bigger kids (over 4) but then decided we would probably be more successful with the younger kids (under 4). The kids were allowed to take 8 eggs each so once they cut the ribbon Cyrus slowly and gingerly gathered his 8 eggs. It was fun:) There was also a bunch of other activities like face painting, egg dying, smokey the bear was there, live music, a vendor who claimed he would fry anything (yuck), etc etc. It was a great way to spend a Wednesday afternoon.
