CMOR & the Choo Choo train
We have had the pleasure of seeing Alison and George/Emma so much since school has been out! I love it:) Alison owns her own Practice so she has been able to schedule her appointments such that she is essentially off during the days this summer and so am I, so we have lots of fun things planned for the kids. Today, we decided to take them to the Children's Museum at Short Pump. There are two (well, now 3) CMORs in Richmond and the one at Short Pump is great for younger kids. It's laid out such that Alison and I could see the kids from anywhere in the Museum so they are allowed to run free and play on the Pirate Ship, or in the sand ship, the slides, the train tables, the gymnasium area, and yes, even the choo choo. It's a great little train that just drives around in a circle but of course, my son can not get enough. We were the first in line for the train and he and George rode it together, by themselves, and had a blast! When it stopped Cy was not about to get off to give the other kids a turn so I told him we could go one more time before we had to leave. I am pretty sure he's going to be a train Engineer when he grows up:)
